Min 4
years of relevant work experience
Experience with high transaction volume environment
Familiarity with 5s methodology
Experience with holding Kaizen Events
Prerequisites:
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Experience in Manufacturing
Ability to travel domestically
Able to multi-task, handling multiple program launches and productivity projects across several plants -Able to work independently and interact with all levels of the organization
Excellent communication and group presentation skills
Excellent people skills ability to communicate and work with all levels from senior management to front line personnel
Statistical analysis experience
Process analysis experience
Ability to manage to deadlines
